V3 series-axial flow fan

The axial flow fan type — V3H, V3HV and UDSA type fan heaters — are provided with axial flow fans and they can be installed with a horizontal or vertical air intake. Altogether 14 specific types of units are available and the heating capacity ranges from 8 to 100KW.
  • The thermal efficiency of the 4-return stroke heat exchanger can be as high as 92% and heat exchanger is made using a stable titanium element and calorizing steel, making it extremely solid and durable with outstanding thermal stability. The non-welding construction technique ensures a long service life;
  • The improved air circulation and newly designed air supply shutter make the air supply distance longer and reduces air stratification indoors significantly so as to make the fan heater better adapted to buildings with good insulation; if possible, a circulating turbulent flow fan can also be used with the unit;
  • The patented burner, which can straighten the flame automatically, is provided with a fuel gas nozzle so as to remove the possibility of the fire causing the nozzle to overheat, avoiding damage of the heat exchanger and simplifying maintenance procedures;
  • It is 25% lighter than the machines of the same type, making installation easier;
  • Both horizontal and vertical intake fans are available. The fan heater can be mounted or put on a rack;

    Note:

    (1)The category of the exhaust methods for fuel gas fumes can be treated according to the CEN report, CG1749-2001;
     (2)The installation height of the fan heater is recommended by the manufacturer and different use and installation requirements vary the planned use of the fan heater. The operation and efficiency of the fan heater are also affected by a number of external factors, such as other air treatment equipment, barriers along the intake path, cross ventilation and the doors and windows of an enclosed building. Efforts will be made to make the installation height of the fan heater exceed the recommended value, unless a downward air distributor is used. Otherwise, indoor air may become stratified, reducing the effective distribution of air and may obviously increase the thermal loss generated by roof structure;
     (3)This refers to the place where the ambient air temperature is 20 C, the air distribution shutter is 0  and the air velocity is 0.5m/s under isothermal working conditions;
     (4)dB (A) is the value at 5m distance from the fan heater in the reference environment where A=160m2 and Q=2;  (5)dB (A) refers to the open space which is 5m from the fan heater;
     (6)dB (A) is measured on the basis of 150Pa pressure of air outlet.

    can be applied to the heating of commercial and industrial buildings, such as stores, stadiums, recreational facilities and warehouses. The smallest piece of equipment is only 310mm high and is very easy to apply where the installation space is quite small.
