Energy-Saving Measures

The energy consumption of heat supplying system is directly correlated with the essential interests of most customers’. Therefore, the energy saving and utilizing efficiently have become the most important improvement direction： 1. Deliver running process of high efficiency and energy-saving During the commission process, engineers are focus on burning efficiency (functional requirements including maximum operating pressure, cleanness of the filter, burning sufficiency, discharge of waste gas, etc), efficiency of reflecting cover against infrared-radiation (surface roughness, installation standards), gas supply system (assure equal flow to burners and to measure the flow of air and gas), ensure the whole system running with high efficiency and energy-saving. For those liquid gas users, we suggest the insulation construction procedure towards even indoor pipelines, which will avoid re-liquefaction and invalid gas consumption. 2. Lower the temperature of sensor to the acceptable level The temperature control of sensor affects the gas consumption directly. To lower the temperature of sensor to the acceptable level could optimize the system startup times and reduce gas consumption. Additionally, by shorten the difference of indoor-outdoor-air temperature; hot load could be greatly reduced for energy-saving. 3. Manual Control Function Our system will automatically initiate altered time and temperature setting according to the requirements of customer, the result thereof provides substantial manpower savings especially under fixed production timetable. Under the circumstances of intermit or suspend production process, the system may turned into manual control status to reduce the invalid gas consumption. 4. Minimize the heat loss due to insulation failure Winter Cold Wind Infiltration of architecture may leads to increasing heat load. Measures shall be taken to restore insulation including plaster up cracks in the walls and windows, reduce opening times of windows and doors and shut without use. 5. Gas Metering Management Enhance efficient gas metering in hopes that the cost of gas supply can be precisely metered and eventually benefit our customers |
