1. System Commissioning System Commissioning shall be carried out by Topower engineers. 2. Guarantee System is in free one year of guarantee, period valid from the day when the delivery is confirmed. Service and maintenance expenses incurred during this time of period will be cover by Topower. “After-sales Service Agreement” with Topower is recommended after the guarantee period expires. 3. Periodic Maintenance and replacement of spare parts The radiation parts of system are designed to last a lifetime in 30 years. Periodic maintenance is required to ensure the stable and economic operation. There is a misunderstanding on expenses incurred in periodic maintenance and replacement of spare parts. Actually, it is exactly an effective way of promoting the efficiency of system. Only by strictly follow the “Periodic Maintenance Procedure”, “Maintenance Log” and “Spare Parts Management”, we can assure: a. Lower maintenance costs; b. Less gas consumption; c.Normal service life; d.Best use comfort; Periodic maintenance and replacement of spare parts shall be carried out by Topower engineers. 4. Breakdown maintenance Despite of the periodic maintenance, there may potential failures caused by some other factors. Any breakdown appeared in system running shall be improved and eliminated to ensure the normal operation. Breakdown maintenance shall be carried out by Topower engineers. Find the possible reason and main and secondary cause to avoid reappearance. 5. Charging Standard “After-sales Service Agreement” with Topower is recommended. All charges are based on the type of equipment, function, amount and life of service. “After-sales Service Agreement” refers all after-sales services including periodic and breakdown maintenance.
